Print Subscriptions
For domestic subscribers (India), orders are shipped through post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days once a new issue is published. The delivery of the shipment is subject to post office norms. Harshal Publications is not liable for any delay in delivery by postal authorities.
For international subscribers (Outside India), orders are shipped through International Air Parcel from India Post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days once a new issue is published. The delivery of the shipment is subject to post office norms. Harshal Publications is not liable for any delay in delivery by postal authorities.
Online Store Shipping
We offer a range of shipping methods, both Domestic and International. The shipping is carried out via Courier or through International Air Parcel from India Post. Our shipping is currently not insured and any items that are “Lost” or “Damaged” in the mail are not the responsibility of Harshal Publications. Please check our “Refund and Cancellations Policy” for more information on these issues.
Delivery Time
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M (IST) will fall into the following day’s order run. Any orders placed on Weekends or Public Holidays will be sent the next available shipping day. The below shipping times are advised but not guaranteed:
- Domestic Orders: Print Subscriptions (7 to 10 days), Store Orders (6 to 7 days), Express Delivery (24 to 48 hours).
- International Orders: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. As international customs can hold items, your order may take longer than the 2 to 4 weeks, in which case it may take 4 to 8 weeks.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time, at the time of checkout. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs by clicking on the Calculate Shipping link before you place your order. Costs are based on products purchased, weight and size of the product, delivery address, and shipping method chosen.
Import Taxes/Duty Fees
For orders sent outside of India, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver’s country. For more information please contact your local customs office. The majority of our orders are not affected by Import Taxes, but we must outline that this can be a possibility.
