We do not allow general registrations. Your account will be automatically created when you place your first order with us. An automated email will be sent to your email ID that you register during sign up. This email shall have all your account information.
Simply visit the Shop section on the website. You can browse though all the books, ebooks, magazines and past issues. Simply add them to your cart and follow the simple 3-step checkout process.
Simply visit the Subscribe pages on our website. We currently offer a choice of subscriptions. You have a choice to purchase a combo of Print + Digital subscription, Digital subscription, or Print subscription.
Once you have placed your order it takes at least 2 business days for us to validate your order, confirm the payment, package and ship. At every step of the order processing and when your order changes status, an automated email will be sent to notify you of the progress.
Once your order is marked Complete, you shall receive an order tracking code and link in the email. Use that to track your order. This option is available only when the order is shipped via a courier company.
No. We do not store any credit card or banking information on our website. On checkout you will be redirected to a 3rd party payment gateway website – which is secure and safe. Once the payment is made, you shall be again redirected to our website and the status of payment shall be updated against your order.
Access to all digital resources is available only via our mobile app – HP MobiLib. The app is available for both iOS and Android. It is free to download from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Once you have successfully logged in; you will be taken to the library of magazines or books that you have access to. Click on each magazine cover to view the issues available to you, then click on the issue to view the additional resources for that issue.
